 Tom Chapman’s “Just a Rider” Harley-Davidson® Bagger is probably a rider most wouldn’t

  mind owning and riding on an everyday basis. The understated name doesn’t give a clue as to the

  real performance available from this 106 horsepower two wheeler. Being the owner/operator of

  North County Customs, in Fullerton, CA, Tom wouldn’t be happy with just any old Bagger. His

  motorcycles got to have some class, as well as horsepower.
