Cream Cycle 10/2009
With diabolical asymmetrical graphics and creamy white paint, this ’07 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide customized by John Shope at Sinister Industries was a real eye catcher at the most recent Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. As the Maverick Camera Crew was taking photos at the Boulder Canyon Country Club on Highway 14 between Deadwood and Sturgis, more than 1700 bikes per hour were passing by. Many riders were yelling compliments about the bike as they rode by.
With a relatively short build time of three months, John built this Bagger to show off his customizing skills and craftsmanship at the rally, finishing it just in time to make the 1300 mile one-way trip from Arizona to the Black Hills. The bike was sold immediately upon arrival.
All fabrication was performed by John and Wicker at the Sinister Industries’ facility near Cave Creek, Arizona. The cream color was laid on by Sinister’s in-house painter “Knot 4 You”, while the airbrush work was performed by “Air Tight”.
