Raymond Gutierrez of Redwood City, CA is the proud owner of this ’01 Harley-Davidson® Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Raymond performed all of the fabrication and reassembly after the DuPont Luxury Rich Red color was applied to the sheet metal. Raymond applied the paint with the help of Palm Ave. Motors of San Mateo, CA. Much of the chrome pieces you see were purchased from Raymond’s local Harley-Davidson dealership. The photographs seen here were taken in Big Bear, CA which is about 400 miles south of where Raymond resides. Raymond made the ride to attend a Big Bear Choppers function.
Powering The Warrior is the stock 88” Twin Cam motor complete with Magneti Marelli fuel injection and true dual Cobra slip-on mufflers.
The front fender is an Indian Chief replica from Kiwi Indian. The rear fender is from Arlen Ness. To get the total visual effect of a full valance Indian style front fender, the right-side fork leg was shaved to end up with a single caliper front brake. The legs were then painted. The result is a very clean appearance, at least when viewed from the right side. Arlen Ness Retro fork boots add some extra flash to the front end.
